RGTECH was founded in 2007 in Piedmont (Northern Italy) as a small sales office and grew over the years up to the current 8,000 square meters, three warehouses and two office buildings.

Thanks to its reliability and precision, the company experiences rapid growth.
It gains soon a good reputation among its customers, who remain loyal over the years and consolidate its name in the market.
Rgtech starts as a mere prototype producer, but it becomes a reliable partner for small productions as well and expands its radius of action from the automotive sector to the railroad, aviation and shipbuilding industry.

Rgtech does not stop growing even in the hard covid 19 pandemic times and continues to win new customers and new markets with the enthusiasm of the early years.

The owner, Roberto Gencarelli, is always by his employees’ side and is at the forefront of every important decision for the company.

Rgtech was founded as a sales office, with the idea of offering a complete service to the customers of the new millennium, from the design to the production of small metal parts, relying on trusted suppliers.

Despite the years of the crisis, the flexibility and enthusiasm of the new company allow the owners to invest the profits of a few years in the opening of a new workshop in Beinasco (TO) with a surface area of 1.500 square meters. Rgtech starts to produce parts by stamping, 3D laser cutting and panel beating.

2015

RGTech grows

In 2015 RGTech grows from an initial 3 employees to 30 employees and eventually moves to the new 3.000 square meter warehouse in Bruino (TO).

2017

The New Management

In 2017, increasingly large and complicated projects pushed Rgtech to change its organization from a small family owned company to a new management system. Thanks to the purchase of a second workshop and two latest generation laser machines for 3D cutting, Rgtech gets much bigger if compared to the early years and begins to acquire small productions even of assembled components

Aerospace

In 2018 Rgtech acquires a small company specialized and certified for the aerospace industry and it increases its business volume with a new booming sector

The growing business volume allows the acquisition of a third warehouse dedicated to vehicle assembly. Modular boxes ensure the absolute confidentiality of the commissioned projects. To keep up with production requirements, a new hydraulic press is purchased.
