2D - 3D Cutting

Rgtech offers the flexibility of laser cutting, besides the traditional cut of metal sheets and sheet metal parts.

Thanks to our laser machines, our personnel can satisfy all prototype, pre-series and small production needs.

Our machines:

• PrimaPower RAPIDO FIBER: Plateaux 1700 x 1500, Work Area 4200 x 1500
• Waterjet SUPREMA: max cutting thickness 200 mm, cutting extension 3500×1800 mm, pump 6200 bar

The Waterjet technology allows specific water cutting operations for those materials which do not undergo thermal shocks during their transformation. It guarantees precision and cleanliness in high thickness cutting (up to 250 mm). The employment of exclusively water and sand allows the possibility of processing plenty of different kind of materials. Among these materials we can cut: carbon, titanium, marble, stone, glass, wood, plexiglas, ceramics).
